Diet Meal!

You must drink FIVE times 8oz of water everyday/
This diet MUST be followed exactly to lose 10lb in 3 days!


Day 1:
Breakfast

Coffee or Tea
1 Grapefruit
1 slice Toast
2 tsp Peanut Butter

Lunch

Coffee or Tea
4oz Tuna
1 slice Toast

Dinner

1 slice Cold Meat
1 cup String Beans
4oz Beet Root
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
1 small Apple


Day 2:
Breakfast

Coffee or Tea
1 Egg *Boiled or *Poached
1 slice Toast
half a Banana

Lunch

Coffee or Tea
4oz Cottage Cheese
5 pieces Ritz Biscuits

Dinner
2 Frankfurters (Sausages)
4oz Broccoli
2oz Carrots
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
half a Banana

Day 3:
Breakfast
Coffee or Tea
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 slice Toast

Lunch

Coffee or Tea
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
1 small Apple

Dinner

4oz Tuna
4oz Beet Root
4oz Cauliflower
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream
half a Melon


This diet works on a chemical breakdown theory and is proven. Do not vary or substitue any of the above foods. Only salt and pepper are to be used and NOT any other seasoning. Where there is no quality given, there are no restrictions other then common sense.

This diet is to be used for THREE days at a time. In these three days, will lose 10lb. After three days dieting, you can eat normally.

You will lose up to 40lb in a month if you stick to it.

REMEMBER NOT TO OVER DO IT!!

Toast to be dry - no margarine or butter. Tuna, string beans and beet root can be frozen. Ice cream is Vanilla Flavour only.
