- Marriage Certificate (original) for birth registration
- Previous medical health reports (e.g. X-Ray, Laboratory Reports, Blood Test Result)
- ALL ante-natal receipts that you want to claim for medisave~
Daddy needa bring a jacket! jus in case the room is too cold~ (it's a must for my hubb, as he super scared cold! hehehe...)
